Ryan's senior year, he was given the opportunity to travel with the cowboy wrestling team as they went undefeated and broke multiple attendance records. He helped tell the story of the cowboy wrestling program returning to its standard as the most successsful all-time college team regardless of sport. with 34 NCAA national championships and a legendary head coach, traveling and telling the story of the Cowboy wrestling program was an opportunity that ryan realized the magnitude of and truly worked to uphold the standard of the program from a creative perspective.

ryan traveled with the cowboy wrestling team throughout the entire journey to an undefeated season, but a strong opponent the cowboys had to face was the nc state wolfpack who were ranked top 5 in the nation. the cowboys were able to come out with a win, and ryan created a video recap to highlight and tell the story of the accomplishment for the program. he also wanted to highlight the environment and intensity of this dual in raleigh, north carolina.
